Sometimes it seems like there’s always too much to do. How can you possibly go to work and make a living, spend time with your family, do all the chores around the house and find a little time for yourself as well? It seems impossible, yet we do it. Sometimes it takes planning, though. We need to prioritize our time.

Make the best use of those long summer days. Instead of putting off those outdoor jobs until your vacation, chip away at them in the evening after work. You’ll be surprised by how much you can get done if you devote as little as an hour a day to those jobs you have been putting off.

A McCulloch chainsaw can help you get the big jobs out of the way in a hurry. Get outside with it and cut back all the dead limbs from the trees. Then cut them into lengths and stack them neatly into a pile. When winter time comes, you’ll have some nice firewood all ready to go.

If you have two chainsaws, you will be able to do even more. Get a big one for the big stuff, like the dead trees you’ve been too lazy to cut down. Then get a nice little Poulan chainsaw to handle the light trimming. You don’t want to use the big one on the little stuff. It can be dangerous.

While you’re outside doing all this, you can be cooking dinner at the same time. Throw a roast in the oven and put some rice in the stainless steel rice cooker. Just about the time you’ve finished your afternoon work, they’ll be done. All you have to do is add the vegetables and the family meal is cooked.

That wasn’t so hard, was it? In fact, it was probably fun. You’ll get an even greater reward when your vacation time comes and you don’t have to spend it working. You’ll be able to enjoy your time with your family rather than worry about all the jobs you’ve got to do.

Your family will thank you for it, too. You’ll be able to take them out for a day at the beach or toss a football around in the yard. That old tree will be gone, so you’ll have plenty of space to play.

If you want to go away for your vacation, you’ll have extra time for it. Instead of fitting it in around your jobs, you’ll be able to get out of town early. Then you’ll have some time to relax at home before going back to your job.
